Welcome to Bike Shifting Expert. By accessing our website or booking our bike transportation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Services

Bike Shifting Expert provides motorcycle and scooter transportation services across India through its logistics network. Service availability depends on location and operational conditions.

  1. Booking
  • Customers must provide correct pickup and delivery details.
  • Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.
  • Booking is confirmed only after payment (full or advance, as applicable).
  1. Payment
  • Service charges must be paid as agreed at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges may apply for address changes, waiting time, remote locations, or special handling.
  • All payments are non-transferable.
  1. Vehicle Condition
  • The customer must hand over the vehicle in running condition unless otherwise informed.
  • Fuel should not exceed approximately 1–2 litres.
  • Personal belongings, cash, jewellery, documents, or other valuables must not be left inside the vehicle. Bike Shifting Expert is not responsible for such items.
  1. Pickup & Delivery
  • The customer or an authorized representative must be present during pickup and delivery.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may change due to weather, traffic, transport delays, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
  1. Damage & Liability
  • Customers should inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery.
  • Any damage claim must be reported immediately upon delivery with photographs and supporting evidence.
  • Our liability is limited to the terms of the selected transport service and applicable insurance (if purchased).
  1. Cancellation & Refund
  • Cancellation requests must be made before vehicle pickup.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
  • No refund will be applicable after the vehicle has been dispatched unless required by law.
  1. Insurance

Transit insurance is optional unless specifically included in your booking. Customers are encouraged to choose insurance for additional protection.

  1. Prohibited Items

Customers must not transport:

  • Explosives or hazardous materials
  • Illegal items
  • Cash or jewellery
  • Flammable liquids
  • Any item prohibited under Indian law
  1. Website Usage

All website content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Bike Shifting Expert. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

  1. Privacy

Customer information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Bike Shifting Expert is registered.

  1. Changes to Terms

Bike Shifting Expert reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
